  • What is the Order Cut-off Time? To ensure same-day or next-day processing, our cut-off time is 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time - MST), Monday through Friday.

  • How can I track my order? Once your gear is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

  • What is the "30-Day Trail Test"? We want you to love your gear. You have 30 days from the delivery date to test your product in the wild. If you aren't satisfied, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

  • How do I start a return? Simply email info@aeoncamp.us with your order number. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

  • When will I receive my refund? After we receive and inspect your return (2-3 business days), your refund will be processed. It usually takes 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

  • How long is my gear protected? Warranty periods vary: 1 year for footwear and furniture, 2 years for tents, and a Limited Lifetime Warranty for backpacks.

  • What if my gear arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
