Warranty Policy

1. The Aeon Endurance Guarantee

At Aeon Camp, we build gear to last an eternity. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the rugged materials we select. Our Endurance Guarantee is our promise to you that every product leaving our basecamp is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your gear doesn't hold up its end of the bargain due to a production flaw, we are here to fix it.

2. Warranty Coverage Periods

To ensure your peace of mind on every trail, we offer the following coverage:

  • Tents & Shelters: 2-Year Limited Warranty against frame failure and seam defects.

  • Technical Footwear: 1-Year Limited Warranty covering sole delamination and structural hardware.

  • Backpacks & Carry Gear: Limited Lifetime Warranty on stitching, zippers, and load-bearing components.

  • Camping Furniture: 1-Year Limited Warranty on structural frames and fabric integrity.

3. What is Covered?

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials (e.g., fabric tears at seams, broken buckles upon arrival).

  • Workmanship flaws (e.g., failing zippers, improper stitching).

  • Structural failures under normal and intended outdoor use.

4. What is Not Covered?

To maintain a fair policy for the entire Aeon community, our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Fading colors, minor scuffs, or material thinning over years of heavy use.

  • Accidental Damage: Rips caused by sharp rocks, campfire burns, or improper storage (e.g., mold/mildew).

  • Misuse: Damage resulting from using gear for purposes other than intended outdoor activities.

  • Unauthorized Alterations: Any repairs or modifications made outside of Aeon Camp’s official service.

5. How to Submit a Claim

We’ve made our claims process as seamless as a downhill trail:

  1. Document the Issue: Take clear photos of the defect and your original Aeon Camp order number.

  2. Contact Us: Email info@aeoncamp.us with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Your Order #]".

  3. Review: Our gear experts will review your claim within 3-5 business days.

  4. Resolution: If approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it with an identical product, or issue a store credit if the item is discontinued.

6. Shipping for Warranty Services

For approved warranty claims within the first 90 days of purchase, Aeon Camp will cover all shipping costs. After 90 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to our Denver service center, and we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.
