At Aeon Camp, we want you to be as confident in our gear as we are. That is why we offer a 30-Day Trail Test. Take your new equipment out, explore the wilderness, and put it to work. If it doesn’t meet your expectations for performance, durability, or comfort within the first 30 days of delivery, we will make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a fair process for all explorers, please note the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required for all returns.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. The Refund Process

We value your time and aim to process your refund as quickly as possible:

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned gear at our facility, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.

  • Approval: After approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the gear is defective, Aeon Camp will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your gear reaches us safely.

6. Damaged or Defective Gear

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.
